RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
At Dous Galore, We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Returns with a refund are accepted within 7 days of the product's arrival day. A valid return confirmation via email from us is required for an item to be eligible for a return.
If you wish to return a product before it arrives, please contact us immediately to obtain a return confirmation via email.
After 7 days from the product arrival date, returns will be eligible for store credit only. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns back to our return department.
Exchanges are permitted for any product within the same price range.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
Depending on different factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 3-5 business days. Expedited orders may take up to 2-4 business days.
